Shipping
Thank you for your purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a tracking number. Once your tracking number is sent, please send all additional communication to UPS or UPS as it is no longer in our possession. Where is My Order? You can track the status of your order by entering your email address and number portion of your order in our order tracker.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged after we handed it to UPS or USPS, BrepHreshed LLC is not responsible. All claims must be made with the carrier. Once you receive a tracking number, it's your responsibility to contact the carrier about any issues.If your package arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, please contact the carrier to open up a claim. UPS is responsible for reimbursing you for their negligence.

International Packages
If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS. Once a package leaves the United States to go to your country, the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional custom fees we have no control over this.
Invalid Address
If you make a mistake on the address and the package is returned to sender, we will require payment for an additional shipping fee. Please be careful when typing the address, as we would hate for you to repay for shipping. If you no longer want the products, you will not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to the carrier. If your product was sent out or scanned in a facility, they will not refund the postal fee.
Allergies
Please review ingredients on all products to avoid allergy issues. Most customers love our products and we appreciate you for trying our natural solutions to vaginal care.
Refunds, Cancellations, Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges of any kind. Once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel it. If you order on subscription, it is your responsibility to manage your subscription.
Subscription
If you make a purchase through our subscription plan it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription should you no longer wish to continue. We will not cancel any purchase once an order exists. We will not offer any refunds should you forget to cancel your subscription. If you purchase a subscription for store pick up, please follow the store pick up policy for timeframes. If you purchase a subscription for shipping please follow the shipping policy for timeframes.
Refunds
Every purchase made is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. We will not cancel any order placed.
Store Pick Up
When selecting Store Pick Up, we will have your package ready within 1 to 6 business days. You have 3 business days from the time you receive the 'Ready for Pick Up' notification to come pick up your order. Please do not come pick up your order before you receive the notification. If you do not pick up, your order will be forfeited. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. All order issues need to be reported within 7 days of picking up your purchase. If you ordered during a sale, please allow additional time for processing. Kindly note that only the individual whose name is listed as the payment method will have permission to retrieve the order; we no longer permit the designation of alternative persons for order pickup.

A valid photo ID will be required for pick up. We do not accept pictures.

You can come pick up your orders via the following schedule: Monday -Saturday 11 AM- 6 PM
Refunds
For those who have opted for pick up, please allow up to 6 business days to receive a notification stating that your order is ready for pick up. If you ordered for pick up please monitor your emails. Once the "ready for pick up" notification email is sent, you have 3 business days to pick up. If you do not pick up, your order will be forfeited and no refund will be given. No exceptions.

At Pink Nookie, we are committed to providing fast and secure local deliveries. Please review our delivery policy to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery experience.

Same-Day Delivery:

    •    All delivery orders placed before 12 PM (local time) will be delivered the same day.
    •    Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed and delivered the following business day.

Security Policy:

    •    For security purposes, the cardholder must be present at the time of delivery to accept the purchase.
    •    We do not allow alternative individuals to accept the order. The cardholder’s signature or acknowledgment may be required upon delivery.

Redelivery Fee:

    •    If the cardholder is unavailable to receive the delivery, a redelivery fee will be required to schedule a new delivery.
    •    Please contact our customer service team to arrange the redelivery and process the fee.

Delivery Confirmation:

    •    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information. You will be able to monitor your delivery in real-time to ensure you’re available when your package arrives.

Address Accuracy:

    •    Please double-check your delivery address at the time of placing the order. If an error is detected, contact us immediately so we can attempt to update the address before the order is dispatched.
